Who runs this, and who it isn't.
BDAG US Pool is an independently operated mining pool for BlockDAG chain ID 1404.
We are not the BlockDAG company. We are not a foundation. We did not run the BDAG presale. We did not sell ASIC miners. We cannot refund old website purchases, recover frozen balances, or speak for any other operator.
This pool exists to accept work from miners, assemble blocks on the history identified in our Network Policy, and pay rewards on-chain according to the published fee and payout rules.
This pool is operated by a private individual. A formal entity has not been formed.

Ordinary protocol proof-of-work pooling, with rewards paid to the miner's own address, is the product. We do not hold ourselves out as a US money transmitter, a California DFAL licensee, or an EU MiCA crypto-asset service provider. If the product changes into custody, exchange, or transfer-on-instruction, this page will be withdrawn and replaced after counsel reviews licensing.
