Terms of Service

Effective date: 31 August 2026

These Terms govern use of bdag-us.org, stats.bdag-us.org, the miner desk, the Telegram bot, and the stratum servers (the “Service”). By connecting a miner or remaining on the site after notice of these Terms, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The Service is an independent mining pool. It is not BlockDAG Network, blockdag.network, rpc.bdagscan.com, or any prior presale or hardware vendor.

Operator: private individual, no formal entity formed. Jurisdiction: Arizona, United States. Contact: REPLACE_OPS_EMAIL.

2. The service we provide — and do not provide

We combine submitted proof-of-work and distribute protocol block rewards, minus the published fee, to the wallet address each miner set as username.

We do not take custody of miners' private keys. A pending stats balance is an accounting of unpaid mining proceeds, not a stored-value account, payment account, or crypto-asset wallet service.

We do not exchange BDAG for fiat or other assets, operate a trading platform, execute orders, give investment advice, offer portfolio management, or transfer crypto on a miner's instructions except to pay that miner's own earned reward to the submitted address.

This pool is not authorised as a crypto-asset service provider under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). Nothing on the site is a public offer of BDAG.

3. Which chain we pay on

More than one public RPC currently answers to chain ID 1404. Rewards are payable only on the history defined in the Network Policy. Work toward any other history is not payable by this pool.

4. Eligibility and prohibited jurisdictions

You must be legally able to operate mining hardware in your location. You are responsible for export rules, energy rules, taxes, and sanctions compliance.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting for a person in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or if paying you would violate US OFAC rules. We may refuse connections and withhold a payout we reasonably believe would violate sanctions law.

5. Mining is at your risk

Hashrate, reject rate, latency, stale shares, software bugs, chain splits, isolation of peers, explorer downtime, and key loss can reduce or eliminate rewards. We do not guarantee uptime, luck, profit, or that any third party will treat the followed history as canonical.

6. Rewards

Rewards, if any, are calculated under /payouts and paid only on the followed history. We may pause payouts to investigate double-pay risk, suspected hashrate fraud, or chain inconsistency.

7. No custody of your wallet keys

Your miner username is an address you control. We cannot reset it.

8. No fiduciary duty

We are not your broker, adviser, bank, or escrow agent.

9. Acceptable use

No DDoS, credential stuffing, share manipulation, proxying to attack other pools, submitting sanctioned addresses, or using the site to publish unlawful content.

10. Third-party material

Documents linked from /sources belong to their authors. Linking is not endorsement of every claim.

11. Intellectual property

BlockDAG, BDAG, and related marks may belong to others. Use of those words is descriptive of the asset being mined.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE POOL FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST HASHRATE, FORK LOSSES, FROZEN BALANCES, EXCHANGE DOWNTIME, OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY OTHER CHAIN-1404 OPERATOR.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states the limit applies only to the extent permitted.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify the operator against claims arising from your hardware, your configuration, your unlawful use, sanctioned activity, or your republication of site content as if it were a statement of criminal fact.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The dated version on this page controls. Continued mining after the effective date is acceptance.

Have counsel in your US state review the limitation of liability and venue clauses before publication. These Terms do not make the operator unsueable.
Independent mining pool. Not affiliated with BlockDAG Network, blockdag.network, rpc.bdagscan.com, or any prior BDAG presale or miner-sales operator.

Connecting a miner or using this site means you accept the Terms of Service. Mining and holding BDAG can result in total loss. This is not financial advice. This pool is not authorised as a crypto-asset service provider under EU MiCA.
