Users may request access to off-chain personal data and deletion of off-chain logs. We may refuse deletion of on-chain payout records or records kept for tax/sanctions. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in the CCPA.
This pool is operated from the United States and is not established as an EU CASP. EEA miners who connect transfer wallet and connection data to the US on their own initiative. If GDPR applies to a processing activity, legitimate interests are operating the pool, paying the miner, and securing the service.
